Named after the French town of Pithiviers, where it is believed to originate, our pithivier features a delightful combination of Pigeon, Foie Gras, and Truffle. This simple yet remarkable main course is perfect for your festive celebrations and is available prepared and uncooked, accompanied by a delicate pigeon jus. Cooking instructions are provided along with the pithivier for your convenience.
