A Kouglof is a yeast based brioche with dark Rum soaked raisins, vanilla and almonds, traditionally baked in a distinctive circular Bundt mold. It is popular in Alsace where our pastry Chef Valentin Mille is native from. It is closely related to the Christmas cake in Italy known as Pandoro.
