Served with a traditional Russian garnish including 5g freshly chopped shallots, 5g capers, 5g Italian flat-leaf parsley, 10g egg white, 10g egg yolk, 15g sour cream, 1 clothed lemon, 6 mini blinis, and 3 rye bread crackers.
