Sustainably Farmed ASC Certified Tasmanian salmon cured with sea salt, cane sugar & cracked black pepper. Marinated with Dijon mustard, dill, Italian flat parsley, tarragon and chervil. Cut in 5mm thick slices to appreciate its succulent texture. Best to be enjoyed as an appetiser with blinis or toasted Amber sourdough bread.
