Sunflower seed sourdough is made with our homemade green apple starter, Ukrainian sunflower seed, sesame, linseed, rolled oats, artisanal organic French white, rye flour and sea salt. It is proofed 24 hours and baked on the stone floor oven to obtain the delicious crust.

At The Landmark Mandarin Oriental, we believe all acts of compassion and generosity can make a huge difference.  That’s why we are supporting World Central Kitchen (WCK) in raising funds to support those facing crises at this challenging time.  Established in 2010, WCK is an organization that deploys chefs directly to humanitarian disaster zones in order to provide meals for those in need.

HKD20 from the sales of each sunflower seed sourdough will be donated to WCK.
