Out of the concerns for the environment and water resources, the organic olive oil is produced by the next-generation olive press that facilitates the cold pressing and extracting process with limited use of water. Leaves and residue of dust, moisture and other impurities are cleaned off from the olives before they are pressed with numerous technological devices available to monitor the entire production process, guaranteeing the very fine quality of extra virgin olive oil. Storage and bottling are carried out in temperature-controlled rooms with the use of inert gas to preserve the product’s chemical and organoleptic characteristics.
