The Pain Au Chocolat is made from butter croissant dough and Valrhona chocolate baton is folded in & baked with egg wash. The Pain Au Chocolat contains Gluten, Dairy & Eggs. The dough is rolled in a cylindric shape to enclose chocolate bars inside. The kids' favourite.
