It is layered with 75% Dak Lak Bitter Dark Chocolate ganache from Conspiracy, complemented by Fairtrade light brown sugar whipped ganache and a delightful mousse made from medium-roasted Brazilian “Minas Gerais” Single Origin Arabica Coffee. To finish, it is elegantly glazed with a cocoa glaze.
